"What do you want from me?" Peter asks.

Stiles smirks. "What do you want to give me?"

It has to be more than sex. Peter's smart enough to know that. Old, powerful entities do not plot and plan for years beneath someone's bed just so they can get their dick wet.

Peter licks his lips. His heart is pounding. His dick is throbbing again, and they haven't even touched. "Just… just tell me."

Stiles tilts his head and smiles. "But games are so much fun. You like games too, don't you, Peter?"

"I like games I know I can win," Peter says honestly.

this is the beginning of my next/last auction fic.

Peter has the driver take a detour on the way back home. He hasn't been near his mate in seven years. He just wants to drive by his house. He'll have Derek compile information on him soon, so Peter can see what he's missed, but for now he just wants to see if he can catch a glimpse.

He doesn't know what he's expecting, but it's not the empty driveway, overgrown lawn, or the 'Foreclosure' sign out front.

"Stop here," Peter orders. He gets out of the car and walks up the cracked walkway to the front porch. He peers in the windows. What furniture he sees is covered in sheets, but there's not much. He breathes in, but the scent of his mate is long faded from this place.

I finally got my (Teen Wolf) Sterek fic written/beta'd/edited/posted. It's here if you're wanting to read it! I know I've been talking bad about it on here lately, but it really isn't that awful. The ending is a little rushed, but it's not terrible. It's Omegaverse, which I know some of you can't stand, but it might be a draw to someone else! I think my favorite part of it is Peter flirting with Stiles to get Derek to make a move. Or maybe Peter just likes Stiles. *g*

Speaking of Peter & Stiles, my next auction fic to write is Steter, and I have the basic premise but I don't know how to start it. Starting a fic is always interesting. I spend a day or a week angsting over it, and then the perfect start comes to me out of the blue (we hope) and I can get to writing. I just need to focus on it a little more instead of wondering how soulmates work in a 'verse where twins always share a soulmate. (Is it a symbol/mark, a first words thing, a touch-and-we-know thing? Please tell me if you have thoughts on this!)

The Guardian 520 exchange went live today!!!! (I keep calling it all the wrong names. I might get it right next year.) I haven't looked/read much of it yet (since I was editing and posting and angsting, and then also there were family things), but I did read the fic that was written for me, so I can link it and gush!

This shouldn't take long since I already had some ready to go for another thing that didn't happen. These are all things I did in 2018. They are all Peter Hale/Stiles Stilinski (Teen Wolf).

Breath of Life

Summary: Stiles's incubus heritage manifests when he's 16. It should be easy to navigate, especially with the help of the Beacon County Supernatural Center. But Stiles has some anxiety issues. (Thankfully he also has Peter.)

Notes: I wanted to write an incubus story unlike any other, and to do so I gave Stiles some of the same anxiety issues I have. His aren't as severe as mine, but it was still cathartic to write.

Promises

Summary: Peter's courting gift is a second chance for Stiles's sick mother. It won't last forever, but it's precious time they wouldn't have otherwise.

Stiles is a just a kid, but he knows a good deal when he sees one.

Notes: This fic also deals with grief and child neglect, so strap yourself in. The sheriff doesn't shine in this one.

I try to picture me without you but I can't

Summary: Peter sends Stiles back in time to get something he needs. It's not what Stiles thinks.

Notes: I loved writing young!Peter. He's such a cocky little shit, but very sweet once he realizes he's found his mate.

This is a story about what it's like to have your very existence regulated, and what happens when you defy society and fall in love.
Warnings: Uncle/nephew incest as part of the threesome throughout the fic. This chapter has some unwanted grabbing and threats.

Summary: Every single day, Stiles is reminded of who he is. "You're an Argent. You're made of silver and fire." He's been trained, honed to be deadly and vicious without remorse. He's been taught to kill monsters indiscriminately because they're volatile and dangerous and need to be put down. He's been taught hate and violence and rage.

The thing is, Stiles also remembers. He pretends he doesn't, because to remember is dangerous, but he remembers the local wolf pack run by his mother's friend, Talia Hale.

Or

Stiles' mother ran away from her family and the Argent legacy. When she and the sheriff die, Gerard is given custody over Stiles and raises him as a hunter.

Notes: I love AUs where Stiles is brought up as a hunter, and this is one of the best I've read.

I posted a comment at

I will not be doing the December posting meme because I suck at anything that requires commitment, but maybe I will end up spending more time at DW anyway. I would like to interact with people more here. Fannishly. My journals have become a wasteland with an odd 'my life sucks' cactus and infrequent 'I have no money' tumbleweed here and there.

So here's an idea: I will try to post more about fandom things. To kick it off, here's the update on what I've been doing on the internet for the past few months!

1. I read a shitload of fic on AO3. This takes up a lot of my time. Most recently I've been reading MCU fic the most. Sometimes I switch back over to Teen Wolf. Sometimes I read Inception, Leverage, and Torchwood. Sometimes I look for crossovers with those fandoms.

2. I go to Tumblr at least once a day now (biiiig improvement over how often I used it about a year ago, which was like, practically never).

3. Think about writing. Take notes and/or outline new fics. Rarely, write prose for said fics.

Oh, and today I acquired Loki Agent of Asgard 001-008. I will attempt to read them one of these days.

there is an episode... I haven't watched it yet, but I was looking around Tumblr and I got um, spoiled for this episode and ( cut for a really ridiculous spoiler ) <-- no really, it's a ridiculous spoiler and I've only got it under the cut because some people. but also because discovering this particular thing should happen and I kinda want you to click that cut tag just to read this spoiler so you can understand how AMAZINGLY RIDICULOUS this show is.

I do not understand why more people didn't watch this show. Okay, so I was talking to

majoline about it and she was like 'TNT made this show seem bad! the ads for it kinda sucked!' and she is so so right because I remember seeing ads for this show and even knowing that Christian Kane was in it did not sell me on it because the promos for it did not actually tell me what I actually needed to know.

It's like when I got into bandom. ( many paragraphs about prior fandoms and what hooked me into them and then there's a couple of tangents! )

I had a point in there I think. But I lost it somewhere along the way.
