Yesterday I spent a bunch of time thinking about the SGA plot bunny I'd had a few years back but never wrote because I was out of the fandom.
It was android!John, based around the Pygmalion myth, and it was, of course, McShep because I love McShep.
Anyway, Bee and I were talking about how Zhu Yilong/Shen Wei is just so beautiful and HOW IS HE REAL and it made me think of the myth again. But the SGA plot bunny still feels fresh and interesting.
I dreamed about Rodney finding the Ancient android lab, and how he kept it from everyone but started building and programming John. And Ancient android John would be so flirty and badass, of COURSE Rodney would fall in love with him.
Ugh, get these random SGA thoughts out of my head. I haven't been in that fandom in well over a decade, WTF.
