my before pic!

So I got my mom to take a couple of pics for my 'before' so next year I can hold it up and see how far I've come. I've already come far, though. In just the past week I've quit smoking, started exercising, and I feel great. Also, there's the eating sensibly thing, which is huge for me.

Anyway, here's a pic of me. I think it came out good, and I'm actually smiling and stuff. :D
