Meg has something called cardiomyopathy. Don't know much other than that. Doc was less than helpful in explaining what's going on.

Staying at a hotel tonight and driving back home tomorrow.

I'm sorry about the bad news, and the vagueness and uncertainty and unhelpful doctor.

I don't know if this will make you feel any better, but I looked it up on Wikipedia and they had a section about famous people with cardiomyopathy that included Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys & Slash from Guns'N'Roses.
