Meg has something called cardiomyopathy. Don't know much other than that. Doc was less than helpful in explaining what's going on.

Staying at a hotel tonight and driving back home tomorrow.

Depends on what kind. That's too bad that the Doc didn't explain anything to you. Unfortunately, you'll most likely have to wait until you get an appt with the other specialist. OTOH, her regular pedi should be sent a letter at some point. You cna ask her/him.
