Meg has something called cardiomyopathy. Don't know much other than that. Doc was less than helpful in explaining what's going on.

Staying at a hotel tonight and driving back home tomorrow.

I went to Google Health and found this explanation. It sounds like an umbrella term for several different kinds of heart issues. There's a lot of subcategories, all of which are explained. It's a kind of chronic illness that sounds like it's related to congestive heart failure--which many people live with for a long time, in spite of the name. (Not a doctor, just reading!)
