stuff I did today + diet & exercise things
I went to the post office! I am now the proud owner of a plain black corset. Pics to come, as soon as I get someone to take pics of me in it. (either Adam or T)
I went to Game Stop! I bought a wireless adapter for the xbox and three months of xbox live gold. I came home and signed up for netflix, so now I have streaming movies directly to my TV! \o/
I went to the grocery store! I bought all kinds of fresh produce and healthy food.
I went for a brisk walk down the road, which is about a mile total (there and back). It was hot and I got really sweaty. Then I cleaned up and ran to do my errands.
I ate good today, although not enough calories according to sparkpeople.com. MUCH more than I usually eat, though. I had yummy things like apples and cherries and almonds as snacks, too.
For dinner I'm having a veggie burger (spicy black bean), santa fe rice, pico de gayo (idk if I spelled that right) and a lowfat cheese stick.
idk what I'll have for a snack tonight, but I have a lot to choose from!
I also did some stretching and strengthening exercises, like leg lifts and a couple of other things suggested on sparkpeople. I really like the site, though it's frustrating to get used to it.
