I'll be fine once I get out of the house, it just seems like so much right now. But I can do it! I think. :\

I think it's cool you're going to start/resume exercising. Yoga Journal has a lot of good stuff online, including some relatively inexpensive downloadable videos. Not that I've been practicing yoga--lately I'm just swimming a lot, which I have to leave my house to do.
You can probably get your journaling friends to send you mp3s of music to listen to while you walk outside, so they can feel like they're going with you.
