MRI results are back, and I have spinal stenosis. Scary sounding. Must do more research...

I have no idea what that is but I'm hoping that having a diagnosis means you can get treatment!

From what I gather, it usually occurs in older people, and it's degenerative. I don't know yet what that means for me, though. Hopefully I can get in to see the spine doc soon.
