I just finished day 6 (Level 1) of the 30 Day Shred. It's getting easier, where easier means 'not about to die'. I think I kinda love it. I might change my mind when I go to Level 2.
And this week I lost THREE POUNDS. Today's weigh in puts me at 196. I have lost 14 pounds!

uhh how are you dealing with push ups. I swear, I feel the muscle growing but I just can't do more than 3 to 4 push ups :/ I don't know what's wrong. It's so frustrating.
level 2 is a killer! I'm officially finished with it, but I'm doing my own thingie and between karate and Tai chi I'm repeating level 1 and 2 the next few days. I'm not ready for level 3 *isscared*
AND I'm not really loosing weight as much as I'm getting leaner? I love it. The scale says I lost about 4 pounds but people notice I lost weight and I'm almost fitting in some of my pants I wore 3 years ago \o/ How about you? Have you noticed the muscle grow?

Pushups are kicking my asssssss. I'm doing the 100 Pushup program and yesterday I did w2d3 and I couldn't do the 20 they wanted in the last set. Ugh. I do my exhaustion test tomorrow and I'm sure it will put me in an easier bracket. (and I'm still doing them on my knees, since I can only do 2 standard pushups.)
