wooooooo hoooooooo

WELL. It took a couple of weeks, but I've lost another pound! I weighed in this morning at 198.8. At an 'official' weigh in. My weight has been fluctuating and doing weird things, going up and down by two or three pounds at a time, never dipping below 200. Today I weighed in and was pleasantly surprised!

I start Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred on Monday. Everyone talks about how tough it is, but yay tough! I need tough. I'm going to do it 5 days a week. Saturdays I'm going to do Baron Baptiste's Long and Lean yoga, and a pilates/yoga blend. Going to do C25k three days a week. Going to keep up with the 100 pushups and 200 situps programs (which are going GREAT, btw). Sundays are my rest day.

I am already noticing the differences in my strength and shape since I started working out. Especially my calves from running and doing calf rocking. I can't even explain how fun it is to be getting fitter. :)

I wish I could share your definition of fun, I really do. Losing weight would be so much easier if I actually enjoyed exercise.....really I'd rather be sleeping at the moment.

Still, I've seen the shred available on the comms so I might check it out. Let us know how you go!
