Is anyone on my flist losing weight and in need of a buddy? Because I could use a buddy to talk to about food and exercise stuff.

Ooh what exercising are you doing?

Nothing too drastic. I enjoy going for long, fast walks. And I got myself some workout DVDs that I'm still trying out to see which routine works best for me. I tend to like dance workouts. What kind of workout are you doing?

Oh, and I also practice yoga. :)

I'm trying to walk 3-4 times a week, and I'm doing yoga and pilates from videos. I can really feel the difference!
