Is anyone on my flist losing weight and in need of a buddy? Because I could use a buddy to talk to about food and exercise stuff.

Actually, Meg and mom are doing really well with eating low-fat stuff. My mom had her gall bladder out in December and since then hasn't been able to tolerate fat, so this is good for her.

Have you checked out sparkpeople.com? It's a great site. I've been using it for two weeks now and I'm fairly confident in saying I've lost 5 pounds (give or take a little).
