sore and hungry! whee!
I've been hungry most of the day. I guess changing my diet from 'nothing until 5pm, then binge!' to eating all throughout the day is sending my body mixed signals.
I'm sore from exercising. But it's a good sore. :D
I have a lot of gas. Must be from all the fruits and vegetables I'm not used to having. I'm sure it'll settle down once my body gets used to it.
I'm sleepy. Got up at 6 this morning.

If you feel hungry drink tea or water. That helps a little, I think. (or try eating chewing gum, some people say it makes you more hungry but it works for me)
