I ate more calories today than I did yesterday (or will, once dinner rolls around). I find that I'm hungrier the more I eat. But I'm eating well and often, so that's fine.
I did 14 minutes of yoga today (because that was all I could do) and walked a mile. I even ran twice for short bursts! Well, jogged. Still, I'm happy about it.
One of my goals is to write daily in my journal about my new lifestyle changes, so be prepared to see these posts every day. :P
