I went to the doctor, declined a pap smear (even though I haven't had one in 8 years, but they make me nervous), and talked to him about options for my back. I'm considering physical therapy, but since it's hard enough to leave the house as it is, I doubt I'll be able to do it for this.

I got some Lidoderm patches and some medication. Hopefully they will do what they are intended to do and get rid of this stupid pain.
