I took pain meds for my back last night. I'm a little groggy today, and the pain is back. I'm going to have to admit to my doctor that I have arthritis. Which means admitting it to myself. Getting old sucks.

Yeah. Old/injured is really yucky. I finally copped about a year ago that my back pain was not so much back as it was arthritis and just. Ug :(

I second the lidoderm patches. They can be awesome.
