The Bootstrap Paradox and Other Tips for Finding True Love by moku_youbi, Spencer/Jon and Brendon/Ryan, awesome, awesome harlequin AU where Ryan and Spencer accidentally travel back in time and are captured by pirate captains Brendon and Jon \o/ Seriously, this fic is so much fun. And hot. And awesome. 42k, Spencer POV.

Dance Upon the Waves by ignipes, Brendon/Ryan, pretty much adorable. Ryan's the captain of the Pretty Odd, and Brendon's the navigator. Who can talk to animals.

I can't compare either of these to Pirates, really, but they're just really fun swashbuckling stories :D
