med changes are so so difficult. and you never know what's going to happen. I'm feeling better but I have gotten very little sleep. how is that possible? who knows. brains are weird.
aren’t they just. I’m trialing a new med (after the one last November that made me sleep till 4 pm and did nothing else), and every few days I discover something it’s doing. Like yesterday I realized it IS lowering my appetite by a fair amount. Still worth it, but annoying.
