Aeon timeline looks amazing, but it's like 65 bucks. I don't have that to spare, especially these days, and I'm not even going to look at the trial version in case I fall in love with it but still can't have it. lol

my update today is that I'm on chapter 11 of book 2 of my secret werewolf series.

It's nice, but there's a lot it doesn't do that I wish it did. Its integration with Scrivener just turned everything into a mess, and idk if that's because I connected it to an ongoing project, or if it just expected me to have laid out my project much differently than I already did.

Honestly, I don't think it was worth the price tag at all.

I also have a few problems with it doing that too.  Not big ones, but it's definitely a disruptive bug.  You have to be zoomed in just right for repeating events (like full moons) to work.  If you don't need to know how many full moons it's been between point A and point B, you're fine and it won't affect you.  But if you do need to know, at a certain point you'll be zoomed out wrong and it will tell you it's been 4,203 full moons between last Easter and now.

I use it to track the age of certain characters and it is very bad at doing that.

$65 might be worth it if it wasn't so buggy and weird, but that was the main thing I needed and it can't even do that. :/

Yeah, I'm really disappointed that I didn't notice that before the trial ran out. It could be such cool software, but it doesn't feel finished.
