the man we hired to replace the rotted wood on the ramp replaced some boards but not all the rotted ones that needed it. he even put a new one ON TOP of rotting ones. wtf.
edit: granted, the wood didn't look rotted on first glance but a little poking and it starts falling apart. you would think a professional would check that.
