There was a small article in our local paper about a funeral home in town. At the end of the article, it said: "You can reach a live person at [phone number]". I read that and cracked up so hard. I don't know if it was inadvertent or funeral home humor, but either way it was hysterical to me.

I got a new saute pan today and I am in looooove. It's T-Fal and a 5 qt. I got rid of like 4 other frying pans when it came in today because it's going to do a lot of stuff they couldn't. (and better, if they could) I DON'T CARE HOW BORING THAT IS, I AM EXCITED.

The National's new album is out today! It's different but I'm digging it.

I used my new pan last night to make eggs and it was so easy to get them out and I was AMAZED. They were sticking in every single pan I had. Even the "nonstick" one had stopped being nonstick and just... burned things lol

That is so frustrating when that happens! Glad you got a new pan. Makes cooking and cleanup so much easier.

I remember how amazing I was the first time I got a really good nonstick pan. I hadn't realized cooking could be that easy/non frustrating. :D
