Okay, a lot depends on what you're interested in and where you're starting from, but just off the top of my head:
Yoga is very easy to do at home -- it turns out that iTunes has a wealth of free yoga podcasts, including some awesome video ones from Yoga Journal, so you can see what you're supposed to be doing. The mod of sun_salutation has been putting up a series of "getting started" posts for beginners there, and it's a great place to ask questions.
Then strength training is awesome and very good for you; you can get a lot done with a really cheap dumbell set or some resistance bands or a single kettlebell, or even just with bodyweight exercises. Stumptuous has some excellent resources, including good ones for beginners. There isn't a strength training comm on DW yet, but various people are threatening to start one *g*.
