anadplosis is a cool concept! I kinda really (really) love rhetorical devices. There are parts of ~grammar that I love and then there are parts I honestly have a hard time wrapping my head around. I went to look up the various grammatical things I've always hated, but then I got sucked into wikipedia for awhile and ... now I'm back to finish what I was saying. What was I saying? IDK!

ugh, whatever. I would make an awful English teacher. I just want to read and absorb and maybe occasionally pick themes and metaphors apart. I love literature in a way that I want to make it my life, but not in a way that I want to deal with the not-fun parts of it. so I guess I just want it to be my hobby. because if I had a career based in literature, I'd have to deal with the not-fun parts!

(not that I could handle a career anyway, thanks to the way my brain/mind/mental functions work)

Wow, I had no idea that was the word for it.
