ha! something I can actually do...

so I was thinking and brainstorming and stuff, and wondering just what the hell I could do to feel better and contribute to fandom and all that jazz... and I got the idea that I could rec fics! Because boy, howdee, do I read a lot of fic. Lately it's been almost exclusively Teen Wolf fic, but I could also rec in other fandoms, if you don't mind fics that aren't up-to-the-minute fresh, you know?

so, here's what you can do for me: give me a fandom and a trope or plot point or a certain kind of magical something, and I will make some recs for you! or just ask me what my all-time favorites are! :D?

(seriously, I'm feeling so unproductive and useless and this is something I think I can actually do! this is actually probably more for my fragile mental health than for the good of fandom, but we can PRETEND, okay?)

and can I just say THANK YOU in advance? y'all have no idea what this kind of thing means to me when I'm not able to write, vid, make art, or meta, or anything else, really. seriously.

Ooh, okay. So, I love these tropes:

* Time travel
* Bodyswap
* Posing as a couple for plot reasons

I think what they have in common is a lack of certainty. The environment around the characters is unexpected, and they have to adapt and roll with it!

If you'd like to make any recs that hit on one of those tropes, any fandom is fine but I am most interested in female characters! :)

Ummm I love the fake!boyfriends/girlfriends or accidentally married tropes if you have any of those you've liked.
