I got sick last night and stayed sick until morning. No sleep. The bathroom got a lot of use.

So I feel like crap and I don't want to do anything but curl up under the blankets.

I drank soda and ice water most of yesterday, and had some chicken soup that wasn't too bad. Today I'm a little sore from the throwing up, but other than that I am back to normal. Sleep if you can, and take plenty of fluids.
