apparently since I can fake sanity and not fall apart for short periods of time with docs and stuff, I am able to work.

yeah. got turned down for disability again. next step is an appeal hearing with a judge. :/

Oh man, I'm sorry. Is this something that Legal Aid can help with? (Our local Legal Aid folks just did a presentation where I work yesterday -- here, they will take on a disability case after you've been turned down twice, unless there are urgent medical issues involved and you get in the door through the Medical-Legal Partnership route, then they'll represent you earlier in the process.)

I actually have a disability law firm this time around! so far they haven't really done much, but I have a feeling that's going to change now that I have to see judges and stuff. it's not costing me anything right now. they will take a portion of my 'winnings' (ha) if/when I ever actually get something.
