green | (no subject)

1. once upon a time I was diagnosed with a "spastic colon". I hated the whole sound of it back then. nowadays they call it IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) which frankly doesn't sound a hell of a whole lot better. I haven't been treated for it in years because the symptoms evened out a lot once I left Jerry and lost the "asshole husband" stressor, but I've been feeling it a lot lately and I think I need to mention it to the doc again. it can't ALL be my meds.

2. I've been compulsively picking at my scalp for 2-3 months now. it's not a totally new thing (I've picked at it for years, just not this intensely). at first it was just annoying but now my hair is noticeably shorter and a lot less thick, plus if I do so much as touch it or run a hand through it, many strands of hair start falling to the floor. :\ not fun.

3. sleeping more. isolating more. afraid to start conversations online because I'm a little less than positive about everything and I don't want to bum people out.

#3 is something I have a lot, and it truly, deeply sucks. I'm sorry it's harder to talk to people, on top of everything else. I hope you keep posting when you can, because I appreciate knowing what's going on with you, even when you're feeling bad.
