anyone know a site where I can get a prepaid Visa with Paypal?

OR is anyone willing to trade a check or money order for some Paypal funds? (I have had problems with Paypal actually sending me checks in the past and I don't have time to wait for them)

OR if you have a better solution? I don't have a bank account. PM me? I really need to get my electric bill paid and I owe mom money and I'm stressing. :\

Paypal has a debit MasterCard -- does your electric company only take Visa?

I can't use the paypal debit because I'm unverified ('cause of the no bank account thing)

In the long run, you might want to get a bank account at a local credit union -- they're usually cheaper than banks and often don't charge a monthly fee at all if you can leave $30 in your accounts.

In the short run -- Walmart.com takes Paypal and sells Visa Gift cards that are accepted "everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted." If you haven't used a debit card to pay your electric bill before, you might want to call and find out if they'll accept it.

Actually, you might ought to call them anyway, you can usually buy some additional time if you tell them you intend to pay.

According to the website, if I order one tonight, it'll arrive by Friday with free shipping. You'll be paying $4-$7 for the card, but I'm not sure where you can go to get better, unless there's a way of picking one up at the store after paying for it online.
