many many thanks to those of you who contributed to this month's bills. personal thanks upcoming.

I think I'm going to do better today. I ate two fried eggs and some mandarin oranges, which is more food than I've been able to eat in weeks. I've lost a LOT of weight (unhealthily) but I think it'll be okay.

I started writing a fic yesterday. I don't know if it's going anywhere, but I'm *writing* and that's a big indication of my mental health. if I can concentrate and create, I'm on the road to recovery. at least, that's the working theory.

horrible, triggery dreams last night, though. don't wanna talk about it. I am mostly clear-headed and taking it okay, though. sometimes those kinds of terrors can really fuck me up for a few days, but ... they aren't and so far that's good.

reading dS fic today because I saw Five Times Ray Kowalski Was Ashamed of His Dick and One Time He Wasn't recced twice in a row on my circle this morning and had to check it out. :)
