Meg has been having many many seizures and pulling her hair. We think it's the changed dosage of one of her meds and we're changing it back to where it was last month, before she developed the bald spot and tendency to have more seizures.

I got my laptop fixed. It's been like a year and a half since it's worked. Well, it still doesn't work right. The screen is fixed, which is what went wonky and what I asked them to fix, but it still shuts off whenever it feels like.

I've been watching Cake Boss on Netflix. I looooove this show.

I'm posting the crossover fic tomorrow! And then the tentacle fic on Thursday! :D

(OMG you guys just wait until you see the art for these. SO. AMAZING.)

And my Awake fusion fic (which turned out to be less Awake and more magical stuffs) I might start posting next week. If I can get it beta'd and stuff. I'm going to post it in parts, I think?

If you feel brave enough, you could take your laptop apart and clean the fan and heatsink? I cleaned my heatsink (well, the part I could get at) when I installed my new wireless card and my laptop ran a lot better. Rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip does the job, don't touch it or the CPU it attaches to with your fingers.

Computers are scary until you actually get the manual and take them apart, and then it seems silly to have been scared of a bunch of wires and pieces of silicon, but I understand. Cleaning your heatsink is not necessarily the cure-all anyway. :)
