An Armful of Feelings - Sophie - Batman (Comics), World's Finest (Comics), DCU [Archive of Our Own] Dick gets shot and has to be brought to Superman's Fortress to heal. He meets a tentacle alien that he befriends, and also possibly sort of starts dating. No one really approves much. // First of all, you do not have to know much about Dick Grayson to enjoy this fic. I only have passing knowledge of the fandom and I loved loved loved the story. If you have a thing for FEELS, you will love this story. If you love empathy/telepathy, you will love this story. Because, see, Jesse (the tentacle alien in the story) is an emotional telepath. And sometimes, it seems, tentacle aliens who project feelings are discriminated against. But Dick is AWESOME and doesn't respond with fear. See now I'm getting all full of feels again just reccing this. :D (tags: recsbatmantentacles )
