The two fics I've posted this week have be received SO WELL. I can't believe it. I don't know if it's the general size of Sherlock fandom or if the writing has just improved exponentially.
Just in case you didn't see, the two fics are Sherlock (BBC), Sherlock/John, and both are in John's POV.

The End of Sorrow is being posted one part at a time, so far just one part posted. (don't worry about not wanting to follow WIPs because they're sometimes not finished. unless I get hit by a bus, this will all be posted within a week or so. it's all finished, I'm just waiting on the last part to be beta read
)In it, John has AMNESIA (I love that trope so much, and I hope I did something fresh with it here) and is staying with Mycroft because he may or may not be mentally unstable.

Now I need to write something new. (Sherlock, I would prefer) Anyone got any tropes/premises to throw at me? Basically I need some ideas that aren't Sherlock-is-a-riverboat-gambler or Moriarty-is-a-bank-robber (because my brain has recently decided that what Sherlock fandom needs is an Old West AU. Seriously, STOP ME.)
