stuffing (stove top, savory herb)
gravy (walmart brand)
mashed potatoes (from real potatoes!)
cranberry sauce (jellied, ocean spray)
pumpkin pie (marie callendar's)
mini pumpkin cheesecakes (via tuesdaysgone)

I'm making all this stuff myself this year. Mom is not cooking a bit of it. Wheeee. Just went shopping for everything today. Ugh, the prices. Now I've broken the food budget for the month.

For xmas I'll be making my family recipes for sausage stuffing and red cabbage, too.

Oh man! I totally forgot about the mini pumpkin cheesecakes! I had bookmarked that recipe, too! Hmmm, now I'm torn about whether I want to make those or the punpkin parfaits that someone else on my flist mentioned. I just... hmmm, I want to make them all, but... I think pumpkin cream cheese pie (on homemade graham cracker crust) and mini pumpkin cheesecakes and pumpkin parfaits just might be a bit too much pumpkin. *sigh* #thanksgivingproblems

haha I know, mom was going to make pumpkin casserole for a church thing and I told her not to do it or she'd be pumpkined out by thanksgiving! :D

I am never going to understand the appeal of jellied cranberry sauce, but enjoy your thanksgiving anyway! That's quite a spread.

It's what we've got. I'd rather have the whole cranberry sauce, but we already have the jellied in stock.
