¡Pobrecita! I got that stupid email this morning & at first I was all psyched to have email from you. Damn it.
The first thing I'd do is try to change my passwords, just in case you can. Then contact FB and Gmail; they might not be able to do anything, but it's a good idea to raise the red flag.
And, I guess, get the word out here that it's not you.

I don't know about Facebook (I'm too worried about murderous stalkers to use it a lot) but I'd be surprised if they can't do something similar.
