That's not an easy choice to make! I like the richer colours of the flat version but I also really like the depth and physicality of the hightlighted version.

*nodnod* That is the difference that is making it hard, exactly. I like the 3-D look with the highlights, but the plain colors are so pretty.

Honestly, I couldn't choose between them but, in general, I like more saturated colors. They are both awesome.

Hmm, I like the 3-D look of the first but I think the colours of the second would make a more striking header.

I guess it's subtle (subtle tentacles?!) versus striking.
