hi. I haven't been posting because all I have is bad news and bad moods and I don't want to be a bummer. I complain too much already.

annnnnyway, I'm making LIMA BEANS for a side dish at dinner. Know any cool things I can do with LIMA BEANS? I'm thinking of making roasted LIMA BEANS using this recipe, but I don't have any lime juice and I'm not a big fan of citrus-y things in my savory things anyway.

also, am making a filter for weight loss stuff. it's opt-in, so ... opt.

I like capitalizing LIMA BEANS.

I only recently found that I like lima beans. To your cooked/roasted beans I'd make sure there is enough salt, then add a bit of onion sauteed in butter or oil, and sprinkle in red pepper flakes or cayenne to taste.

A little's not bad! :D Did you like them, anyway? My mom had HORROR stories from her youth so we never had them. :P
