'Geronimo'?

I've read a lot about this subject this morning and finally found an article I could totally get behind. There were other articles critisizing the code name, but this one was the best I found.

I'm really disturbed by this. I'm also disturbed by the negative reaction to the criticism.

THANK YOU. I kept wanting to say something about the code name, but never quite figured out how to express it. I found the code name deeply disturbing, and was really disappointed that it was used and then publicized.

Oh, holy crap. I've avoided most of the news about this, but I had no idea about the code name. That's awful.

I haven't read any news or anything about this, but I interpreted it as "Geronimo" being the name of the operation, not a code name for Bin Laden, which made the team going in Geronimo - named after a strong, amazing warrior, rather than how most people seem to be interpreting it as naming an "enemy" after the hero of many Native Americans.
