I recently met a really great guy I'm going to be distance study partners with. He converted three years ago and is really into his Judaism. I'm excited.

Playing around with OKC again. Trying to meet Mr or Ms Right. It'll happen eventually, right?

I've been wanting to convert for two years now, but I don't live near a good Jewish community and the time and distance has been a hardship. (especially because of my daughter, who I have by myself on weekends) This guy is doing rabbinical studies with the Renewal movement and I think studying (for my conversion) with him will be fun. I hope it works out.
