exercise-every-day is having a challenge thingy. september's was easy, in that the choice was made for me. OCTOBER, on the other hand, is supposed to be a thing where you choose your own challenge and OMG I CANNOT THINK OF ANY.
anyone got any ideas for me?
also, this is cool: Reflections on being Jewish and Autistic
also, also, I am talking to someone I met on OKC and she's really awesome. and doesn't live a million miles away. :D
today I am hiding in my room for reasons that don't need to be explored at this juncture. and eating chocolate. ugh. today must be my first cheat day or something.

If you are still working on the run, you could make this month one in which you meet an intermediate goal.
Or push-ups. Or headstands. Or the bench press.
Or what they called on the site a process goal, where it's all about how frequently you show up and move around.
