Just as an FYI: muscle is denser so it weighs more than fat (while taking up less space), and you're going to be gaining muscle from the strength training.
So your weight on the scales may seem to plateau at some points, even though your body composition is changing (more muscle, less fat). It's one reason why it's good not to make scale weight your only measure.
