mm well my dad is prediabetic, so we eat lots of low carb foods and really pay attention to serving sizes. plus I really make sure I try and eat about 1200 calories a day. Other than that, eh.
I keep meaning to get out an exercise, since my doc keeps saying that's really important to keeping my bipolar under control too, but I tend to never remember :/ need to join a class or something i guess
