huh that's weird lol the concept of eating as many carbs as one could in one hour sounds a lot like binge eating. Like you wouldn't eat anything really filling all day and then just stuff yourself with it. I get the other way around, where you eat a really big breakfast with lots of carbs and then a balanced lunch to keep you through the day and then something light for dinner. But I'm now eating pretty normal except for the no carbs in the evening :D
