I was just looking for a poem for work today, and googled around until I found this famous one by Mary Oliver. I also really love a lot of the lines in "Leaves of Grass," especially the part about the letters dropped in the street. And some other stuff.
I hunger for your sleek laugh, your hands the color of a savage harvest, hunger for the pale stones of your fingernails, I want to eat your skin like a whole almond. ~Sonnet XI, Pablo Neruda
Some say you will fall in love after sucking them dry,
that if you cut through their center, the sea will open in your veins. ~Pablo Neruda Lemons, Kelli Russell Agodon
Tonight, by the freeway, a man eating fruit pie with a buckknife carves the likeness of his lover's face into the motel wall. I like him and I want to be like him, my hands no longer an afterthought. ~Little Beast, Richard Siken

And since I was reminded of it by the previous comment: Walt Whitman: "the float and odor of hair"
