Illinois just switched from state-run Medicaid to MCO's this year, and it has been an absolute nightmare for everyone. One patient's insulin prescription got denied because the dosage was "too high"... WTF? It's not like insulin is a recreational drug! That's how much insulin it takes to keep their blood sugar under control!
