A good heating pad is a joy. I've been talking for a while with folks on Twitter about making wearable heating sleeves and vests for when the pain is in your arms or knees, or across the shoulders or belly, so you're not trying to hold a not so flexible small pad around a joint, or not getting the needed coverage. I'm still working on how to make it happen.
