Derek becomes Alpha again, with Stiles as his emissary and also Lydia. It's grrrrrreat. I have some teensy tiny problems with the first story that are made better in the second one (wrt Lydia's role, I guess) but I don't want to spoil. I haven't recced anything in awhile 'cause everything I've been reading has been kinda stale, but I want to live in this 'verse. :D I hope there is more to the story, but even if the author doesn't write another sequel it still ends in a good place and so it's not necessary.
