thank to you everyone who responded to yesterday's post. I have mostly not answered the comments, but I read them all and it helped.

today has been much better. I got a little teary today but I ... bottled it up and ignored the cause and then everything was fine! not the healthiest way to deal, I know, but I could not break down again like I did yesterday. Could. Not.
