Yes actually. There's a couple programs that will do it, but I've found WavePad Sound Editor to be the easiest one - WavePad

(I believe you can use the demo, though honestly I might have come by the full version in a less than honest way) Works fantastic though.

Handbreak is the program that I've been recced for all kinds of converting. It's easy to use, though I haven't used it for vid to audio yet. And it's open source, so no pesky trial period.
